General

You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us, you can enjoy the following benefits through your Atrium account:

  • Track your orders and view previous purchases
  • Request your exchange or return directly from your account
  • Add items and sold out products to your Wish List
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even more quickly in future

Use the following guide to determine your frame size by measuring your features:

Eye Size:

Measure from the outer edges of the lenses horizontally.

Range: Approximately 40 to 62 millimeters.

Bridge Size:

The distance between the two lenses.

Range: Approximately 14 to 24 millimeters.

Temple Size:

The length of the temple piece, also known as the arm piece or earpiece.

Range: Approximately 120 to 150 millimeters.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong and US facilities. The order confirmation email will indicate if any part of your order will be shipped from Hong Kong. You will receive separate email notifications with tracking information for each package once it has been dispatched from our facility.

Please note that items shipped from Hong Kong are exempt from additional taxes and duties.

Two shipping options are available for your convenience:

Next Day Shipping:

  • A flat fee of US$10
  • Order by 4 PM EST for next business day delivery
  • Delivery window is between 9 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Please note that orders placed after 4 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.


Free Shipping:

  • No additional charge
  • Delivery time of 3-5 business days
  • Delivery window is between 9 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday.

We provide complimentary shipping for orders delivered in 3-5 business days. Keep an eye out for our free next-day shipping promotion by subscribing to our newsletter.

Returns & Exchanges

You can try your purchase at home and request a different size, style or refund if it's not perfect. We offer collections from your home, work or an alternative address.

To exchange or return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order to:

  • Create an exchange or return in your Atrium account
  • Take your return to your nearest drop off point or book your complimentary collection
  • Send your purchase back to us

Please note the following guidelines for all returns:

  • Items must be returned to us unused with all Atrium tags and designer labels still attached.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Our return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase and original packaging. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, and a new gift card is issued for gift card purchases. Personalized items can only be returned if damaged or defective.

After 30 days of use, but within 12 months of purchase, our Atrium Replacement Discount offers 50% off the original retail price for the same or equivalent sunglasses, with proof of purchase. This discount may only be used once and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. It does not apply to loss or theft.

Defective products within 12 months of purchase can be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase and original packaging. "Imperfect" products are not eligible for return or exchange.

To report an issue with your item, please contact us and provide your order number and photographs. Note that damages from wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty, but this does not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering & Tracking

Your order will be billed and shipped from our fulfillment center at the same time, and you will receive an email notification of shipment.

To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are fulfilled quickly, and we can only guarantee cancellations within the first hour of order placement. After that time, it may not be possible to cancel or change the order as it may have already entered the shipping process.

Once your order is shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive an email confirmation including your shipping tracking number and information about the shipping partner we are using for your order. This email will also include a tracking link to their site, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

After confirming your order during checkout, your order number will be displayed on the final page. You will also receive a confirmation email including your order number, and can view your order history by logging into your account.

Atrium offers various payment methods. Note that available options may vary depending on the items in your shopping bag. Payment will only be charged when your order is shipped.

Here are the available payment methods:

Store Credit: If you have store credit and are logged in to your Atrium account at the time of purchase, this payment method will be used automatically. You can pay any remaining balance with another payment method.

Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and JCB cards.

PayPal: You will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to Atrium.

Apple Pay: Make sure you are logged in with your Apple ID. If necessary, enter your billing, delivery, and contact information to confirm payment.

WeChat Pay: You will be directed to scan the WeChat code to complete your purchase before returning to Atrium.

Klarna: We offer the option to pay in four interest-free installments with Klarna. Please note that Klarna will perform a soft search with a credit reference agency. This will not affect your credit rating. For more information, please read our Klarna FAQs.
